21 - 9 without him, 10 - 7 with him.

it's not that.. felton is an important piece to the knicks.. and he was out for a chunk of that time

Amare has actually helped us a lot since he returned. He's been a great spark off the bench.

Yeah the Knicks looks way better with Felton back, Amare has been pretty solid since he came back and is going well in that bench role.

the knicks got off to a great start by hitting an unsustainable amount of threes. they have just regressed to the mean. that 3pt shooting was never gonna hold up.
it just so happens, that amare's absence, coincided with the knicks hitting a ridiculous amount of threes.
just a coincidence.

:biggums:
They are 1st in threes made, threes attempted and 2nd in percentage.
Of course they couldn't shoot so well for the whole season but they are still the best 3-pt shooting team in the league.

yeah, thats pretty much what i was saying
they were hitting threes at a historic rate to start the season, now they have regressed
and while they still lead the league, they arent at the pace that they were at to start the season.
im not saying they are a bad 3pt shooting team, they just arent historically great, like they were to start the season.

You mean how the Mavericks were hitting 3s at a historic rate in the playoffs? That totally didn't work out for them.

People really need to look at the Mavericks again. They weren't hitting 3s at an historic level in the playoffs.
Game 1 against Portland 10-19
Game 2 8-19
Game 3 9-22
Game 4 10-26
Game 5 3-17
Game 6 6-18
Game 1 LA 9-20
Game 2 8-25
Game 3 12-29
Game 4 20-32
Game 1 OKC 9-23
Game 2 9-27
Game 3 7-21
Game 4 8-25
Game 5 5-20
Game 1 Miami 9-22
Game 2 6-17
Game 3 8-21
Game 4 4-19
Game 5 13-19
Game 6 11-26
The Mavs for the playoffs shot 184 out of 422 which is 44%. That sounds impressive but remove that one game against LA where they were unconscious it drops to a couple of percentage points.

Not as bad as Carmelo was during the Lin/D'antoni era last season. He just killed any momentum the knicks had at that point.
Still Amare is bad, knicks need to play fast pace ball. Amare has gotten too slow.

Suns 54-28 and came pretty close to upsetting the eventual champion Lakers in the WC Finals with him, next year 40-42 missing the playoffs without him(and haven't recovered since losing him).

Wade played with Lebron & Prime Shaq
You give Melo those 2, he would win 2 more rings then what wade has now
Pretty self explanatory.
Some ph@gott on the internet wants all the spotlight to Melo. Let's hope things don't escalate and he murders Amare so that Melo have NY all to himself.

Game was over by the time he even entered the game. The Knicks starting lineup is getting blown out on a nightly basis.
This is how bad the starting lineup is: in the Sacramento game that we blew them out in, the starting lineup started the game DOWN 18-6!!!! We were up by 50 at a point in the game.

I was hoping he Knicks would make the ECF or even the finals.
After losing by 30 to a team they most likely will see in the playoffs I'm losing hope..
Give am a reason to restore my faith? I want to see Melo silence his critics this year come playoff time

Nothing surprising here.
Amare has the worst basketball IQ of anyone with his supposed resume' that I've ever seen. He doesn't understand how to co-exist with other bigs around the basket. In PHX he was an athletic dynamo, allowed to run free as part of a fast, undersized team. He's no longer that athlete and he seemingly hasn't learned any other aspect of the game since leaving the Suns.
Remember that nobody on the Suns... not players or managenment... lamented that he left.
