Wade was probably trying to get Metta back from possibly hurting Lebron during a drive. Lebron was going up for a dunk and Metta grabbed his shoulder and tried to throw him down. Lebron is a very strong man so he finished with contact but it could have ended badly for Lebron. I hate when players go for other players instead of the ball.

Came to post this, he uses his legs a lot but it doesn't get called a lot because refs are more concerned with arms when two players go up.

Hank: there is a difference between defending physically and not taking any shit than giving other players shit and intentionally injuring them.
