Opposite for me.

A 6'8" 270lbs guy running, cutting, leaping 36 inches in the air for 18-20 minutes would definitely put trauma on his shoes. No matter how great the air max tech.

u only have break in leather shoes, these days the synthetics with flywire don't need to be broken in.


Players switch out shoes usually because they wanted to give away a game worn pair, Blake did this all star game or to promote the shoe more

this is my guess as well. those shoes yesterday were the "carmax" color scheme. they probably asked him to debut it on national tv. and buy asked, i mean paid him handsomely.
