Thing is players dont generally attempt to block/contest Lebrons dunk attempts as much as compared to anybody in the NBA today BECAUSE Lebron is such a great ingame dunker..... they move out of the way especially when they see him fully squeeze out his 1-2 running takeof, there is basically nobody in NBA today or maybe not in NBA history that can get up with him there, the only way to block such Lebron dunk attempt is to try and time him when he comes down from the sky and poke/block the ball as its coming down.... in that situation its just extremly wise to just move out the way (or if you can try to dive in and take the charge).... attempting to block him there will inevitably just put you in a poster and/or give Lebron FTs anyways most likely..... for other dunkers the opposing bigs defenders feel they can block/contest their dunk attempts much easier (and its true), hence why those dunkers can get some nice facials aswell if they succeed to dunk it over that taller & more athletic defender attempting to block/contest his/their dunk attempt....

In this dunk for example if Terry knew it was Lebron / saw it was Lebron going up he would have just moved out of the way immediately, but he turned and jumped and the next thing he knows its Lebron above him... and... oops... :)
