Keith Smart really needs to fired ASAP, regardless of the refing weather it was right or wrong the guy simply runs bad plays on offense and his defense strategy is a joke. The doubling on Kobe was just simply the worst thing they could have done.

Cousins just at this point of his career does not recover back well enough on rotations on picks and employing that type off defense (over 25feet away from the rim double teams) with him is a disaster, Smart should have never but him in that position on defense during the whole game, its simply bad coaching. You have to know your players. On top of that when you have Gasol out there who himself is a elite playmaker getting plenty of space and time due to the doubles its going to result in the Kings just getting buried with easy dunk/wide open 3's and easy layups/easy offensive rebounds. Even if you rotate properly Gasol is so clever he can make a move and break down the whole defense.

PPat had his first bad game didn't help us and Thomas got outplayed by Blake which I never would have thought coming in. Lakers did a good job coming back from that first quarter and played some good smart team play.
