I'm having trouble with top 10's lately...it's like I'm forgetting everything I've seen. But this is a great thread.
I might have to watch 9 movies today. I feel like doing a Clint list, tho I haven't seen Letters From Iwo Jima (still don't know how this happened). I also need to rewatch A Perfect World. Much like The King Of Comedy, I have no recollection of it whatsoever.

Never saw following, but I'd rate the rest like:
1. Memento
2. Inception
3. Dark Knight Rises
4. Batman Begins
5. The Dark Knight
6. The Prestige
7. Insomnia
Lately (now that I've seen them all multiple times) I think none of the Batman movies stand out as being better or worse than the others. Obviously TDK was the best individual performance, but I think that movie has too many holes to say it's better than the others.

You are wrong. Very wrong.
Also, I cannot agree with Reservoir Dogs topping a QT list. It's better than Death Proof (obviously) and nothing else.

3 hours of people screaming and over-dramatizing, then for some reason they start singing and then it rains frogs. Maybe there was something in there I didn't get. Really aweful film.

I don't see it with Reservoir Dogs. I found it kinda boring, especially compared to everything that came after. Except Death Proof of course.
I'd have Rope on my Hitchcock list too.

RD is a dialogue-driven movie. I really like the characters, their interactions and of course the dialogue.
Hitchcock is my favorite director, so I've seen about 30 of his movies. I have Rope at #17.

Nolan
1-3. TDK, TDKR, Inception (in any order)
4. The Prestige
5. Batman Begins
6. Insomnia
7. Memento
Haven't seen Interstellar yet, so I can't rank it for the moment. And yep Memento at the bottom. Wildly overrated that film is. Very watchable but in terms of comparison to his other films it is greatly shadowed. I really don't get why people love his plot based films. His early films lack the human characters and emotions, and artistic qualities that his latest output have had.
