Should've added a dunk that REALLY looks like hes not jumping...Its a tan-ish colored clip with wilt wearing a mask... hes at most an inch or 2 off the ground. Its kinda scary lol

You'll have to send me a link to where you've seen it otherwise I'm clueless. I'm only aware of two dunks where Wilt is wearing his 1965 face mask. If it isn't the one in my Wilt WIP#6 vid the only other clip I'm aware of with him and the mask was in my original Wilt highlight video where he dunks over Bill Russell after a pump fake while wearing the mask. In both of those clips he leaves his feet with plenty of air below him.
