Because of what I've seen the games I do watch them. If they don't make it out of the first round I wouldn't be surprised. Just all the injuries and no post presence. I was really high on Amare when he was healthy, but hell even he's hurt again.

Regular season matchups don't mean anything in the playoffs. Plus you won't play Miami until the ECF (if you make it there) anyways, so that is irrelevant. The Heat have nothing to do with the Knicks' playoff run in the first 2 rounds.

Well for starters Miami has proven themselves making the Finals twice in a row. And if things hold on the way they are, we will be playing the Bucks and the Nets/Bulls in the 2nd round.

The Bucks are decent and can get hot in a game, but that's about it. They won't beat Miami.

The Nets Miami completely owns. They've won like 16 straight against them.

The Bulls give Miami fits with their defense and rebounding, but their offense isn't good enough to win them a series. They were shooting almost 60% when they broke our streak. They can't do that consistently.

They have to prove it. They have a tougher path to the ECF than Miami. If things hold up they have to play the Celtics and then the Pacers/Hawks. We all know the Pacers will beat the Hawks.

The Knicks beating the Celtics would be a huge step for them since they haven't won a playoff series in a long time. Plus we all know Boston is a different team in the playoffs. Then Indiana is going to give you hell of a series.
