Wait, so because someone's durable that's to be frowned upon and means their success isn't valid? LOL ... ummm, ok. Injuries, and durability are apart of the competition of sports, fellas.

Um.. I dont think anyone blamed the Heat in here.
Everybody just acknowledged that the Heat have the easiest path to the championships possible. It's no big deal. Congrats for the free ring, Heat:applause:

did I really see Brandon Roy in the original post? :oldlol: ... Guy is a walking injury. Might as well list Oden too... and guys who are 33+ years old should not surprise anybody when they get injured (Billups, Sheed, etc).

Lebron sold his soul to the devil so he wouldn't be looked at as a one hit wonder. Is it a coincidence that every team has had a major injury accept the Heat? Sure the Heat won't play any of these teams but had some players taken out just in case.
Knicks and Lakers fault for thinking they can sign so many old guys and expect to run them like theyre 5-10 yrs younger.

So was Kobe's ring free in 2009, when the league's best team and DEFENDING champs lost their best player and ended up being a shell of the team they were (Garnett - 2009 Celtics)?
Was Kobe's ring free in 2010, when Perkins got hurt before game seven in LA, altering the chemistry and defense for Boston?
Injuries are apart of the game. Nothing is given, they still have to go out and play the games, regardless of who is injured or hurt.
In 2012, LeBron had a 75% Dwyane Wade, and a Chris Bosh who missed most of their entire playoff run, and truly wasn't rounding into form until the middle of the Finals.
MJ won with an injured and not 100% percent Pippen, a couple of times. It's all about what you make of the situation.
Injuries aren't a true excuse to diminish what someone ELSE accomplishes. It's a valid semi excuse only for the team that loses said player.

Um.. Lakers at least went through a very tough conference in the west. Who are Miami going through this year?
Yeap. Thanks for the input.

Not super difficult, honestly. The Rockets lost Yao Ming too in their series with LA
The Lakers had a bum ass opponent in the 2009 Finals. A team can't help what conference they are located in ... :oldlol:
So the Lakers had a more difficult playoffs, and an easy Finals opponent in 2009.
They had a meh difficulty in the playoffs, and a harder Finals opponent in 2010.
The Celtics of 2011 and 2012 are better than the 2009 Magic, as were the 2011 Bulls and 2011 Mavericks.
The 2012 OKC are certainly better than anything the Lakers faced in 2009, and 2010 apart from the 2010 Celtics.
The Heat are still going to crush whoever comes out the West. Stop looking for reasons to invalidate the Heat. You sound like a salty little bitch.

Lol. The one flaw about this is that the path makes a difference.
When one team reaches the finals after sweeping the bucks, nets, and one good series with bulls/knicks, and the other comes out playing say the Spurs/Nuggets/Clippers.. you think they have the same strength, stamina in the finals?
Mo Williams was out from Dec-Feb.

The Lakers are old. True.
Felton, Carmelo, Amare, Tyson, Iman Shumpert aren't old. Everybody else that's been injured is basically irrelevant. All those old bigs, were supposed to fill 1 10-20 minute role.
Shouldn't the entire Wolves roster be on the list?

Knicks are the oldest team ever. But I hate people who claim that we "deserve" injury because of it. That's bullshite from smaller market haters.
It is true that signing so many old players was a gamble, but I consider the season so far to be a success so maybe instead of condemning the Knicks for their gambit's resultant slew of injuries, congratulations are in order to the Knicks coaching staff for making do with what personnel is available to them. Also Copeland and Prigioni deserve some credit as our rookies who stepped up LOL.
I disagree that our old bigs are irrelevant, though. We're going to need Chandler, Martin, and at least 1 other (camby, sheed, or amar'e) to make a serious run.

You do realize that the Heat destroyed all the Western Conference "powerhouses" this year, right? The Heat have a better record against the Western Conference. They swept the Spurs, Nuggets, Lakers, and OKC. Also, Wade missed 10 games this year and he was also coming off of knee surgery. Did you forget that? Face it, the Heat are the best team in the NBA. Even if all those players weren't injured, they wouldn't pose much of a threat to the Heat.
