I'm aware of that. My opinion remains the same. A huge proportion of the world's social ills (crime, drug use, etc.) are ultimately due to the high number of unwanted kids who slip through the cracks of the social safety net.

Pretty sure my body will just rot like everything else I've ever seen that has died. I see things die all the time, and we as intelligent creatures on this planet know what happens to things that die - why should there be an exception for humans?. I think making up fairy tale scenarios for an "afterlife" is unnecessary. Things that die are eaten, and/or decay. Our carbon atoms are ultimately just recycled into another form. Be it dirt, worm shit, w/e. If your wondering where your mind (consciousness) goes after you die, I'll let you in on a little secret. We've figured out for quite some time now, that our brain is responsible for all our consciousness and sense of self.
