View Full Version : 2013 First Round: Spurs at Lakers, Game 3 Thread

Time to wrap this series up, boys.

Steve Blake out, Nash and Meeks doubtful. If they can't go it means plenty of minutes for Goudelock and Duhon. :lol Big games from Pau and Dwight are definitely needed tonight.

The Spurs on the other hand are finding their stride and getting healthy along the way. Parker had a big 28 point game in the Spurs game 2 victory, his biggest performance since his ankle injury that sidelined him for a good stretch at the end of the season.

Should be a good one tonight.

Lakers are better without Kobe, because posters on ISH said so.

This is a story not too long ago...

I was at the last home game for the Raptors this season and I over head this conversation another Raptor fan was talking to with a couple of other fans (I believe it was Boston fans) about the Steve Nash situation with the Lakers.

The guy who started the conversation said it was Kobe's fault that Nash was having the season he was having.

He said - "That's why I don't like him. He's the one who's holding the ball too much and why Nash's numbers are down... He should have come to Toronto and he would taken us farther with more money too.

In between, the Boston fan said - "Yeah, he (Kobe) shoots his teams out of games."

And for whatever reason, the same Raptor fan said - "He also freezes out his other teammates. Remember, he ran Shaq out of town too.".

It was like I was browsing through ISH or something, but now with sound. I found it even more funny that none of that was all that accurate, as well, so my hunch is that there are a lot of casual fans that aren't using context, even on here.

Good thing Tiago only got a sprained ankle. Based on his reaction it looked bad but the replay showed otherwise. Might be out for 10 days. I hope the other series goes to 7 games.

He's probably a bandwagoner who doesn't even live in the state of Florida anyways so I doubt he cares about the Dolphins.
