you do realize a meter is 39"? So, 2 meters would be 6'6".

That's short arms for his height. All the more testament to his defensive footwork making him such a quality defender.

Derrick Rose has short arms too, all the more testament to high the guy gets on his vertical. It definitely helps to have long arms in basketball.
