I've seen Dirk flop. The most recent one I can remember is during the Clippers game where he flopped on a Blaker game winner. Duncan definitely flops. I know what you're getting at but there are still some game where I see them playing great together and enjoying it. For example, after they won game 4 in the Pacers series last season.
