Holy shit. The NBA record breaking stats are getting RIDICULOUS.

I'm sure he was the first nba player to get a triple double in the first game of the conference finals (in the East) with 47 minutes playing time in an OT with a .500% f/g all while cherry picking his shots.

What was cherry picked? There was nothing arbitrary about it like only player with that hairline, or game winner using left hand, or using irregular numbers like 37, 16, 11 to create a fake record. It was a simple trip dub AND game winner IN THE SAME GAME of a playoff game. No arbitrary stats. You reek of hate.

I would have thought that this is only a record because most often when a player gets a triple-double in a playoff game there team is not in a position to need a buzzerbeater.

I remember being a Suns fan in 92-93, brothers were both bulls fans, and older than me, watching finals together. That was character building for me, and look 20 years later they've still not made it back to the finals. This is just hilarious, seeing Lakers fans so despondent and angry.

Lebron represents everything that is wrong with modern basketball. Kobe represents (even in his flawed ways), the old school ways in style and attitude.

In what ways does Lebron represent everything wrong?

Hes a tough, physical player, who plays hard nosed D, takes the ball strong to the ring, does it all on the court, and is the ultimate team player much like Magic and Bird were.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg.

1. Why do you care about the Decision? It wasn't your team, and in the end, all he did was change teams. Since when is that a thing to be hated for?

2. Prediction. I'm guessing this is the "not 1, not 2, blah blah". Who cares again? Brandon Jennings said they'd beat the Heat. No one cares. Its confidence in your team, yourself, etc. Never been a bad thing and certainly nothing to have a big fuss over.

3. The cough? I'm sure players never trash talk each other...

4. Don't see anything wrong with his response. Its been awesomely misquoted in about 20 different ways, each time trying to sound more negative. :oldlol:

5. He didn't shake hands? Go back to the 80's and 90's and it was as common as it is now.

6. His tweet? Who cares.

I like Kobe and I'm disgusted by the negativity on this forum so I won't state the multiple aspects of his personality which I find unsavory.

Both are great role models, players and influences on the league. Neither deserve the type of insults you hurl around.

Oh and what's wrong with Lebron having a big personality on the court (back in his cleveland days aged 18-25). This isn't ****ing golf man. The NBA has always been a fun, colorful league. For christ's sake, Jordan shot a free throw with his eyes closed to nag his opponents.

If seeing other people happy over their fave player's achievement gets you this worked up, consult a therapist.
