And Christy Mack, who's shaved head and eye tattoos make her a little more niche-y than even Juelz, but she's still super hot.

I think knowing who pornstars are is different in the internet age. They are often promoted a lot and they are also easier to track down. If you think a chick is cute it usually takes not much more than a click or two to find more of her and when you do that you tend to learn her name. I don't think it takes a lot of time or energy to learn and accumulate the names of a dozen pornstars over a few years.
