I don't know who to support, frankly.
While I don't dislike the current Heat, I prefer the Spurs' game and generally like/respect their players more...
At the same time, as a Mavs guy, a part of me would love the Mavs to remain the only team that beat the mighty Heat superteam. And if another team pulled it off I'd rather it weren't San Antonio given the context of DAL/SAS rivalry.

He's a fellow nothing. He's a Lebron stan, from Cleveland area. He thinks Spurs beating the Cavs in 2007 makes them the "enemy", yet Lebron's still cool despite leaving the franchise high and dry the way he handled his decision. It's illogical, and real Cleveland-TEAM fans don't think that way. Real Cleveland-TEAM fans ARE pretty salty, and PROUD of it. Cleveland fans still hate Art Model for christ's sake, and the dude is now dead :oldlol: That's just the way it is in Cleveland, if your a legitimate fan of Cleveland's franchises. Individuals who serve to hurt the longterm success of any of our franchises, Lebron included (even though he did it out of youthful ignorance which is sort of forgivable after a span of time IMO), are proudly treated as enemys to our cause - to bring titles to our city. Why the f*ck should we be bandwagon fans of Lebron after he left in a way that was counter-productive to our franchise's goal of titles? People who are, or support bandwagoning are weak and lack a sense of pride.

Actually it's quite logical. He was a fan of Lebron before the Decision, and he's a fan of Lebron now. What's not logical is automatically hating a player because they wear a different jersey. Certainly if you ever really gave a crap about him in the first place (as opposed to just liking what he did for your team) you wouldn't be this full of piss and vinegar.

My only point is just because you're still bitter about it (which is your right) doesn't mean all Cleveland fans have to be. Hell they had the guy at the game that ran on the court wanting Lebron back. Some people are over it.

That's the nature of sports. Teams can cut or trade a player any time they want so how can people get mad when a player leaves on their own volition?

I want the Spurs to win to see Duncan gets his 5th, and put the final nail in the confin of that Kobe vs. Duncan argument.

Also as well it would be fun to see the media's reaction because of their excessive fawning over Lebron. (how much times is it necessary to call Lebron "the best player in the league" over a 2hour broadcast?).

However in the end my gut tells me the Heat will win.

It has nothing to do with the fact that he's wearing a different jersey you imbecile. It's how he went about handling his choice to leave Cleveland - and how it ended up putting the Cavaliers franchise in an unnecessarily deep and disadvantageous hole that is taking us a long time to recover from.

I can only hope that Lebron will announce after losing to the Spurs, that he will soon be making a nationally televised decision in regards to his 2014 free agency. I pray that he will "decide" in the last 5 minutes of the show, that he is taking his talents to the Windy City.

Then (since you won't be salty about it) you and I can laugh together at the Heat franchise for being so dumb as to not be prepared for him leaving - and how they were too inadequate to see it coming

Then we can become Chicago fans together - along with the influx of other new Chicago fans (coincidentally alongside a mysterious mass exodus of "Heat" fans) what do u say mate? Is that how it all works?

So if Lebron leaves after the Heat in 2014, it's because the Heat are a horribly mismanaged franchise - and it's inevitable fall out is because they continue to be? Is Lebron not the best player in the league? Wouldn't him leaving make pretty much any team built around him fall out? I wish I didn't have to call you an imbecile again, but, your an imbecile. But you don't have a dog in this fight. You're not a Spurs fan true, but you seem like a woman that's been scorned. You're knocking those folks that remained Lebron fans, but you go even further than they do by going against the guy. You letting him win. He got you switching your shit up.
