F*cking seriously? If he's out for more than one game and the Spurs lose the Heat and LeBron truly deserve an * next to this title win. F*cking pathetic. I've never seen a team luck out with so many injuries to top players.

Tony Parker suffered hamstring injury, and plans MRI in the morning. His status for Game 4 Thursday is in question.

Its the difference between a 30pts crush and a 15pts blowout, no big deal for the San Antonio Sweepers.

Actually if they do lose game 4, win game 5 I'd LOVE to see the Spurs beat Miami in game 6 in Miami. Would be great.

But anyways Duncan and Ginobili have to step up huge in game 4 now. Duncan needs a 30 point/15 rebound type of night, Ginobili needs a 20+ point game. They'll be fine then. Neal stepped up huge tonight.

It was on the local news.

This could allow the Heat to focus and attack Neal next game if he starts

Obviously not great for the Spurs. Barring permanent damage, it wouldn't surprise me if Parker plays through pain. Assuming he doesn't play, maybe Joseph gets the start and Neal also has the ball in his hands more. Thankfully this Spurs team is about depth and not necessarily Parker playing 40 MPG.

So ****ing bummed out about this. Hamstring injuries usually linger around for weeks. They've essentially lost the huge advantage they had at PG.

This has the potential of completely turning this series upside down.

Wow.

All those open looks tonight were created by Miami's aggressive play on Parker. You will see a completely different Heat approach in Game 4 sans Parker.

Stern literally beat the living f*ck out of Parker in the locker room after the game tonight with a lead pipe. Cracked him real good in the back of the leg - thus the Hamstring injury. He's lucky he only got away with just that. If Spurs win again in this fixed series there's no telling what kind of sick sh*t Stern will do. I pray for the families of the Spurs team :(

For a guy with an injury, TP didn't seem to bothered by it. Might be for the drama factor.

He said he "felt something weird" in his hammy. He couldn't identify what it was, just something weird. He said he wasn't in any pain after the game in the lockerroom. MRI is for precautions.

I got the feeling that Popazit musta tapped him on the hammy to gtfo the game and turned Neal and Green loose.

Might not matter if the Spurs can keep shooting 3s like they've been doing (26-52 the past 2 games)

Danny Green's hopes for a FMVP just got bigger.
Kawhi Leonard has got to be the frontrunner through three games.

Game 1: 10 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal
Game 2: 9 points, 14 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal
Game 3: 14 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 steals

Per Game: 11.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 2 steals

Most importantly, he has been the key component in completely stymieing James through three games. He gets my vote right now.

Green has also been huge, though.

He did, and the lead ballooned back up to 20 or something again, and Pop took him out. I couldn't tell if he needed to come out or if Pop felt comfortable enough with the lead at that point.

I am sure he is Fine and will Play and at Worst he tweaked it.. With that said If Parker isn't 100% Heat need to let Duncan and Parker try to beat them and Stay home on Shooters.. I much Rather both those Guys score 20 to 25 Than hold them to 10-15 AND let Green, Leonard, NEal ect Score score 20-25 each..

Duncan is the MVP so far.................
Tim Duncan
13.7 points on 37% FG
13 rebounds
2 assists
1.7 blocks

Kawhi Leonard
11.0 points on 42% FG, 50% 3Pt
12 rebounds
1.7 assists
2.0 steals

Both have played fantastic defense. Yeah, Duncan may have the slight edge right now, but it's close. It would be TD easily if not for his shooting woes thus far. He really has not scored efficiently at all. I do expect that to change in the coming games.

That would work in the past, with player like Bruce Bowen, old Michael Finley, Brent Barry, Devin Brown, Ime udoka, etc. But the Spur current roster is full of players who can create for themselves and explode for a big game.

Neal can take player off the dribble and so can Green to an extent. Kawhi can slash and create for others. Splitter is kind of soft but he's competent in the post and can get his own buckets. Diaw can put the ball on the floor and Bonner has potential to stretch the defense (when he can make a shot).

In other words, the role players are helping the Big 3 as much as the Big 3 are helping them. It's reciprocal and partly why the Spurs are so tough (they're like 9-10 deep).

Great news, thanks.

I think everyone wants both teams to be healthy. It would be a shame if any stars could not play because of injury.

Take out Parker, spurs still won by 15. You don't lose a series that you have a 36pts advantage even if you lose a 20ppg scorer.

Yup. It'd be a shame if an injury affected the series. So many key injuries have gone in Miami's favor.

Of course they are not beating the heat by 36pts every game, it's a coincidence that it turned out to be 36. Maybe they will win by 37 next time, or 35? For it to be exactly 36 it will need to be a miracle.
