Forget the answer. It's the QUESTION that's stupid. Why don't they get paid same as men? Because women are worse negotiators of salary. That's why. Women accept less salary for whatever reason and employers know this. So women get lowballed. Men are simply better negotiators of salary.

So the whole premise of "how do we solve this problem" is flawed. The real dumb ones are the question makers and the audience who thinks its a legitimate problem.

Right. Just watching the video and hearing the judge ask the question it was long winded as hell and by the time they get done saying the facts and numbers, they ask the final "what does this say about society" question at the end and you're thinking "wait, what?"

Anytime you're being put on the spot and asked a question containing statistics and facts, you're so busy making mental notes of the stats that you don't hold onto any other parts of the question in the process
