Name me a team who can stop this team?

OKC? Nope, we already saw it.

Spurs? Getting older. Wont do it again.

Memphis? Lol

Bulls? Already seen it with a healthy Rose.

Celtics? Kololonikrig

Tbh.. Indiana is the only team who can prevent the Heat from a three-peat.

LeBron will get his 3rd FMVPS next year.

If they don't improve Indiana can easily knock them out. If Rose comes back in MVP form the Bulls as well.

Miami definitely needs to make some moves this summer, their roster has serious flaws

I just don't see the Heat going to the Finals 4 straight times.

No way. Chicago will have Rose back and probably make a move for Kevin Love during the offseason. No way Miami gets through Chicago. Also, Pacers will be even better. Granger will be healthy and they'll have him back maybe as their 6th man which would be insane. Or if all this Clippers-Celtics trade talks fall through there was talk of Granger for Bledsoe. Indiana could have a Hibbert/West/George/Stephensen/Bledsoe lineup which would destroy Miami.

Kobe's coming back with a vengeance. Going out in his last season with another FMVP.

Haha, I'm sorry, but this is hilarious. The Heat barely, BARELY made it out alive of a game 6 and toughed one out due to Lebron's phenomenal play in game 7. Against Indiana they were also totally vulnerable.

The Heat are in a poor salary situation, loaded with veterans who will decline after another summer, and are also hampered by a declining Wade and Bosh. OKC was grounded by Westbrook's injury but very well could have beaten the Spurs and gone on to challenge the Heat (Perhaps even win).

I believe the Heat had their chance at a three peat but blew it against Dallas. Plenty of teams will have a good shot against them next year.

Kobe and the Lakers are not even a blip on the radar.

We're talking legitimate threats here, buddy.

I think a new team will get the 1st seed in the East next season. There may be an unexpected team that does really well. Who expected the 2011 Mavs to start the season so dominant with the way they went out in the 2010 playoffs?

I think we'll be in for a surprise.

Slow it down. We just won the title. Who knows what will happen in the offseason.

Unfortunately I don't think they do, they scraped by an old Spurs team got taken to 7 by an inexperienced Pacers squad.

Now both Indiana and the Bulls can move players like Boozer, Deng, Hill, Granger for even more pieces. The league is going to be very big hungry.

I'm curious as to where a guy like Pekovic lands.

oh the horror

OP is severely underating how hard and physically taxing it is to go to 4 finals in a row, let alone attempt to three peat.

They barely scraped by during this one. Unless they fill their holes greatly I don't see it.

The Miami Heat will get a big man one way or another. Maybe they'll trade Bosh + draft pick for one big time center. Or they'll keep Bosh and use they draft pick on a center.

They will not ignore their struggles against Hibbert etc.

I can't see anyone beating them when they upgrade in the paint.

Something tells me we've seen the best of this Heat team with their current roster. Some tinkering seems inevitable to remain at the top.

The biggest mistake sports fans make is getting so caught up in the moment that they assume things will continue to remain the same.

The Heat will have a shot but there are no guarantees. Its not like they're just rolling over people. They lost in 2011, beat up a young and mentally weak OKC team and were taken to seven by Indiana and damn near knocked out in 6 by the over the hill Spurs.

Also Wade's knees will be another year older next year.

Stop it! If Ray never hit that three in game 6 we would be talking about who we're going to trade right now. :banghead:

I agree. I think LeBron will get another ring (if not next year then down the road) but this current Heat team is already on the decline. Wade is falling apart physically and I don't think Bosh will be there next year.

people acting because miami didn't win it all easily that they don't have a good shot next year .. they'll tweak the team and be right in there in the thick of things next year and in title contention .. no one said the playoffs are easy

Need healthy Wade and maybe trade Bosh for a real low post Presence.

Spurs will do it next year, Manu is probably done but Leonard is only getting better.

Bro, unless massive changes come to put them in serious contention Spurs blew their chance.

Nope. LeBron will always be better and able to contain Leonard more than Leonard will be able to contain James

Heat in 6 next year if they meet in the Finals.

If Heat can keep this team or patch the team well off-season and during the next season, and barring injuries to key players, yeah, maybe.

Spurs are done for the time being unless they can dump Ginobili and make a trade for someone like Milsap or Al Jefferson to help out Duncan.

Next season out west:

Thunder will have Westbrook back.

Clippers might end up with CP3/KG/PP/Dwight Howard

Grizzlies will still be there and might even get better

Warriors will be better

Ironically, this is the very reason Miami didn't win. Miami's average age is higher than the Spurs. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!!!

Some of the post here are funny. Don't know what's funnier; People were writing the Spurs off or Heat would 3-peat without improving their roster. :lol
