I found it worthy of posting because I had a reaction to the pose when I saw it. I didn't have a particular expectation of the discussion, but was curious if other people have a reaction. If it wasn't worthy of discussing at all, it wouldn't have already garnered as many posts as it got and would have just disappeared without any comments.

Considering the topics I see rolling through this forum on a day to day basis, I can't say I really object to this one's creation. I thought the post itself was noteworthy. He's an incredible ball player and is obviously free to do what he wants, but I agree that pose was noticeable, strange, and probably pre-planned.
