Most probably didn't watch the games. His boxscore looks good, but he is playing out of control. He is just isoing and attacking the basket and freezing his teammates, he is supposed to be the leader but he can't lead a team.

He is 21 though, give him 2-3 years and maybe he can develop some leadership.
