No, Westbrook's dunks are more aggressive, ferocious, etc, so they are stronger. He attacks the rim on his dunks. Rose's dunks are more finesse and acrobatic. It's just a personal preference as to which you prefer. There's no wrong answer here.

Westbrook, on the other hand, is really good at conserving his forward momemtum off of two legs... hence the awesome one handed glide dunks to the rim. I've always said Rose is the most talented PG-sized player of all time. I was saying that when he was in high school.

He's basically the Lebron of his position.

And I think Westbrook is #2. Westbrook doesn't quite have Rose's supernatural body control - though he might be a bit quicker. It's tough to tell, because a lot of Westbrook's deadliness comes from his unpredictability, not just raw athleticism.

Rose actually has a real 40+ inch vertical and gets his head almost rim level, Westbrook dunks harder but sometimes he barely gets the ball to get clear the rim since his vertical is probably around 35-38. But he has longer arms and is taller than Rose, so he can reach further and make better one handed dunks.
