why wont ISH allow anyone to register for an account right now?

Jeff opened registration around April. The man always closes registration for some weird reason, you would think he'd like more traffic :confusedshrug:

I don't think everyone joined ish on april 2013, when did I say that? right next to everybodies moniker it says when they joined ish. you got me confused brotha man:confusedshrug:

All the guys who joined ISH this year were able to register during April since Jeff opened the registration. You joined March 2008, and that was when registration was open. For now, it's closed.

and I was just supposed to look at when everyone joined ISH, and see that maybe a few were April 2013 and I was supposed to know that they keep registration closed, and then in April 2013 opened it up temporarily.
