OFFICIAL: Lakers sign Xavier Henry. RELEASE: http://on.nba.com/1dVoLXE | PIC: pic.twitter.com/1EMYnyFF2b

i havent seen too much of him, mainly because he rarely played. im assuming hornets fans dont have too much to say about him but what about memphis fans? Did he make an impression on any of you during his time there? Will he be one of the few players who can actually play defense for LA?

no pun intended

He was in high school the last time I can remember watching him play. So yeah. Crazy how he goes from the next great wing to a guy who can't even find a team. Tho, that seems to happen too often.

Xavier has a 90 Mid Range in 2K13.

If he is that automatic from mid then he better learn to pick and roll with Gasol.

Yes, I am judging X-Man from a video game.

Like anyone really watches him play.

Best midrange shooter in the league-we are stacked this season, can't wait for Gawdbe to get back and lead us to #1:bowdown:

Eric Cartman

With him we now have 2 of the worst players in the league (Wesley Johnson)

Dude, he had one of the better pick/roll bigs in the league in Anthony Davis and he still sucked ****.

Also, I think it's important to note that X-Man couldn't beat out Rivers for the back-up SG spot..

If Kobe wasn't coming off a devastig injury then this team would actually fit. But Kobe likely wont be able to put it together.

All the first round picks from Kansas lately have turned out to be complete garbage as lottery picks, Alridch, Morris twins, Henry, Robinson. Rush while good is consistently injured same as Darrell Arthur. I really hope Henry can turn it around he's got enough ability to play in the NBA

The team would actually fit? They hardly have any talent outside of Kobe.:oldlol:

They would make the playoffs with the Kobe from last year IMO and Mike Brown. Wouldn't matter bc they would lose in round 1 tho.

This year I hope they just embrace it and aim for the worst record in the NBA.

are we gonna act like guys like Nick Young, Wesley Johnson, and X-man aren't gonna take the next step under the guidance of Kobe bryant?

kobe turned LBJ from bronze to gold in the short span of the olympic games, guys like Luke/Farmar/Vujacic into multi time championship winners. he's gonna work his magic with these guys with legit potential.

I see next Scottie in that group.

These guys are not good basketball players. They are 1-2 seasons away from being consider as a draft busts.

Yes I did not know he has that game. Well I have not seen much of him until last night. I just kinda picture him as that energy type of player . It's only one game but I like what he can bring to the game.

with the way the 2nd unit spreads the floor, henry always has an open lane to 1v1 his defender. and with his eurostep, it seems like he'll get to the rim every time

i was worried no one on the 2nd unit would be able to create their own shot. so henry doing what he did was a huge surprise last night
