Greatest playoff series ever. The number of clutch shots in that series was totally crazy. Four overtimes??? and every game close - or was it five? It was crazy.

Noah was headed to be a top notch Powerforward three years ago but its still a 37 year old KG and Duncan spot... The question who is more important (Rose or Noah) really is a joke because Noah without Rose isn't much to talk about. In their longest playoff run (2011) he, Noah, was a horrible 8.7 and 11 that shot 41 percent. He's in his prime now. He flourished at 15 and 13 in the playoff Rose's second year, when he looked like he was going to be the man at the PF spot. But he is developing into an all around player and will be the guy we thought he was going to be four years ago.

Each one had three good games but in all three of the Chicago wins Rose was their high scorer. Sobeit, every game but one was very close.

A thread came up on another basketball forum I post on recently titled "What's the best NBA game/series you've ever seen?" and immediately remembered the 2009 NBA Playoffs 1st round between the Chicago Bulls led by Rookie point guard Derrick Rose and the defending champs Boston Celtics.

Derrick Rose dropped something like 36 points and 11 assists in his Playoff debut and that day was when I realized that the future looked bright for my team.

Rose quickly became my favorite player and to be honest, if it weren't for Rose i don't think Joakim Noah would of developed in to the player he is today. Joakim Noah was a flat out bust plain and simple.

After that 2009 series against the Celtics Joakim Noah went from a Magikarp to a Gyarados right before millions of Bulls fan's eyes.

I know Derrick Rose didn't know or care about all the shit I was talking about him and he doesn't know or care about this apology either but im going to put it out there.
