I bought 3 albums this past week on iTunes:

• Kendrick Lamar's Good Kid, M.A.A.D City
• Linkin Park's Living Things
• 50 Cent's Get Rich or Die Tryin'

I owned 50's album when it first came out but lost that copy. I figured it's been a little over a decade since it was released. I might as well buy a classic I truly enjoyed.

I just bought that Chi Lite's set three months ago or so.

I picked up pretty much all the work from Black Joe Lewis and The Honeybears, and JJ Grey and Moffro, a couple weekends ago. My taste isn't relevant to pretty much anyone around here.

The only music purchases I make are live shows. You can stream (or download if you're so inclined) pretty much anything these days.. and the artists get jack shit from you buying their albums. If you want to support you favorite artists, go out to their live shows. That's where they make their money.

Depends on what the artist negotiated on their record deal. A smart artist is going to make money back from a release.

I would have paid for that 56 nights mixtape. Drugged out astronaut future is killing it with all these tapes.
