I agree that it's stupid but I can also understand them not anticipating this kind of turn-a-round for the franchise. I'm sure if they could get out of this contract they would. And the money wasn't shitty back then. The Nets re-worked their TV deal in 2011 and are being paid $20 million a year until 2032. Back then $20 million was a lot for them but now I bet that their pretty upset because of their global success. Just wish that the Nets had what the Knicks had. TV coverage for any and every game. I remember the NJ Nets. When baseball started, the Nets were not on Yes and instead moved to channel nine and sometimes, not televised at all.

Nets game could be available via stream. Some of the games thus far have not been televised but have been viewable via stream. Let's hope the Nets are in that category. I was about to go to the game but did not want to spend money for a pre-season game.

Me and him had a huge argument last year about Deron, funny thing was he wanted him gone from the Nets and I was defending him.

What a difference a year makes...unless Deron's ankle lingers 2 more weeks at which point me and him will probably revisit that fight. :lol

nice first half. some things to note. pistons front court already with 27 points combined. way too much..even for a pre-season game. but they are so talented and neither brook or kg can stop andre or greg. less turnovers too. other than that it's a pretty fun game. arena is max capacity.

It is not the coache's job to ensure the fans are entertained. His job is to make sure the players are fit and ready for the NBA season and win basketball games that matter, not to put his best players at risk for a meaningless game.

so excited for nets starters. ball movement is ridiculously amazing. they will be number 1 in off. rating % hands down. so much ball movement, open looks and easy passes. they started the game 6/7. it's beautiful to watch crisp offense with stars like that.:rockon:
