To be honest thats like calling white people in USA America their land of ancestry. And even worse.

Just like Native "Indian" 's land of ancestry is America.
White people land of ancestry is mostly Europe.

Jeremy Lin's land of ancestry is China.

Taiwain is an island and was part of China. has its own native people (very close to Chinese people, most orient people do look alike, Korean Japan ..)and lived with some Chinese people as well.

However after 1949 Chinese Civil war, the "republic" party lost to communist party and fled from mainland China to Taiwan. With the "help" from American ships. They formed their own government there. Its massive fled lead millions of Chinese mainland people moved to Taiwan,

Jeremy Lin's Grandparents were 2 of them. His parent's are from taiwan but that's not his land of ancestry. 2 generations ago his family do not even live there.

He had a good offensive game.

But I still didn't like that he had two quick TOs (and sloppy ones) near the end. He drove the lane and tried to do a wraparound pass in deep traffic. Next time down, he drove again and someone knocked it out of his hands.

He had been sitting on one TO until that sequence.
