Just thought I would open the Bang-wagon for #M16 since he has turned me from thinking he's another possible Thomas Robinson bust type (after some questionable SL peformances) into a guy who should be the starter @SG for the Kings due to his INSANE off the ball movement, terrific shot/athletic ability and some hustle on D, dude has looked impressive during the preseason and inter-squad scrimmages.

Dude even managed to knock some sense into Travis Outlaw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wx43hlCbNSc and he's been solid as well:eek:

Cuz been hooking him up during preseason so far, he's passing a lot more I expect him to average between 3.5/4 assists this season

Guy can shoot, so he'll definitely find a spot in the NBA. I haven't really seen any of his playmaking ability yet, but that kind of skill can be developed over time.

I can def see him taking over the SG spot from Thornton

Are they planning on having him come off the bench or will he eventually start this season?

Everything will be known on the 2nd last and last preseason games, but three games in he's easily outplayed Thornton on both ends and brings more to the starting line up than Thornton. I suspect he will start he's looked good with Cousins waiting to see how he looks with Vasquez now.

id be happy to join his bandwagon, not so sure about his bangwagon though.

i havent seen any of him since kansas, but wasnt the big knock on him that he couldnt create for himself off the dribble

vasquez gets good assist numbers, lots of NO fans said he just dominated the ball and wasnt that great a passer.

so is his ball handling just much better than advertised, or how is mclemore getting good enough looks to look so goo so far?

He can move down the floor quickly that's for sure. I can see him being a guy they will need to calm down a bit for him to be effective. Reminds me of when we had Gerald Wallace.

His ball handling in the open floor is worse than most of our big men but in the half court he's super explosive and only takes 1-2 dribbles to get a shot off since he lacks feel for ball handling, his off the ball movement is unreal but so he gets a lot of shots like that.

He is a way smarter player than G-Wall but and yeah I agree he will need to calm down slightly.

Solid first half for Big Mac vs. Suns him and Cousins have a nice connection when M16 cuts baseline plus he had a sick ally from Vasquez (loving him):pimp: , dude really looks like he belongs and makes a impact everytime he comes into the game. They need stop playing Jimmer and Thornton,M16 is on another level to these guys.

Ok Ben Mac is a stud no doubt man this guy craps all over our SG's 18points with 8/13 shooting and playing good defence against Portland, he's flying in for dunks 1-2 bounce jumpers and triples dude is a BEAST.

He's just feasting now

Put $ on him winning the ROY award back at the end of July. Good to see he's looking good in the preseason.

I had my doubts cause I thought Thornton was going to get big minutes but he's blown Thornton out of the water in every single aspect of basketball plus he works really well with Cousins I can't wait to see the Vasquez, M#16 and Cuz combo going to work. I could see him winning ROY now after the way he has played.
