7.2 quake hits Philippines

Within the last 30 minutes, news breaking that a 7.2 quake hit south of Manila. Hope all our ISH brethren in that part of the world are ok

According to my Quake app, they've had aftershocks of 5.4, 5.3, 5.0, 5.2, and 4.9 within a two hour span. :eek:

Y'all are *****. :oldlol: Just kidding. This happened way down south of the capital though. My brother currently is studying where it happened (near the epicenter) but he was here the past week.Sucks though because he's flying back there today. :/

Already been some fatalities. Too many tragedies, natural and manmade, in the past couple of months.

Damn that sucks. The north ravaged by a large typhoon just this weekend, the central area ravaged by a strong earthquake and of course, still a civil war raging in the south. Bad times to be a filipino.

According to my quake app, Pacquiao was knocked into a coma because of it.

My wife and 2 sons are in Cebu now. My wife told me they had an aftershock less than an hour ago. Of course they are scared there. I think Bohol was hit the hardest. From where my wife's family lives in the mountains you can see Bohol. Nice site. They have electricity which is good. Hopefully no more after shocks.
