He averaged 4pts, 2ast, 2reb on 25% from the field and 16% from three. His PER was -0.4 which can be compared to Kendrick Perkins -0.55 PER.

I don't know why you have so much hate on Lin. How can you hate a guy who was undrafted, traded to multiple teams, D-leaguer, and was the 4th string point guard, sleeping on his teammates couch ( afraid of being cut again ). With a stroke of a lucky moment which the coach ran out of option, he was called and he seized the moment. It doesn't matter if he is not up to your expectation, just like in real life, when you are given a chance, you have to make the best of it or else you would never have that chance again.

Nothing wrong with that. I expect Lin to have a really really good season this year. I too think he would flourish more if he came off the bench. Harden is a good playmaker, but he has to get out of the ISO mentality now that we have other options. I'm not big on Lin, but I don't hate him.

I hate it. He has a good game and Lin fans come from out the woodworks. Bad game and Lin haters won't shut up. He's a solid starting PG. He's not being used to the best of his abilities because there's a better player beside him dominating the ball.
