They have had a great run over the last 10 years. Not sure if any other city has city has a comparable stretch of success among their professional teams.

Can't pretend to speak for the world but in the U.S. it is certainly the most successful over the last 15 years, not really even debatable.

I think there are like 13 professional football clubs in the city, which is unheard of in other big cities. Big cities usually have 2-3 clubs.

Hosted the olympics 3 times. Only city on Earth to host the Olympics 3 times.

Then you got Wimbledon, greatest and biggest Tennis tournament.

London = GOAT sports city.
