why do people think he's talking about Gin n OJ?

This song kinda made gin popular. Well at it did for me.

I'm sitting drinking a lil bit and was just wondering.

He could have been talking about any kinda juice mixed with gin but everyone thinks he's talking about orange juice.

Gin and orange juice is very good might I add.

I haven't had it in about a couple years.
