Thats ridiculous,charging people to ride a bike,especialy in Chicago with the way traffic is and parking costs,gas costs.

Ive been to Miami where it takes you 10 min to go one block or even 5 min to go up 10 ft with a car and Parkings 15-30 dollars a day,driving a car is costly and time consuming as fck.

Eventually theyll charge people for running,using wheelchairs.
