I was going to say that Boston should hold Rondo out the whole year like Derrick Rose, but I actually what they probably want is him coming back, looking good and then getting a nice trade package for him.

Going to get exposed without big 3.

 What the f*ck does that even mean? He didn't have the big 3 last year.

Do you honestly think he can't average 12/10 this year?

He'll have a new coach, 80% new team, and coming off a torn ACL? But you're going to say he's exposed? Exposed as what? Those are pretty legitimate reasons to have a subpar season, especially if they tank and intentionally hold you back.

He's a champion, and a multiple time all-star who's led the league in two statistical categories. Does playing with Pierce make Rondo better at stealing the ball?

as i noticed him play, he doesnt really use his Athleticism that much, so its a good thing.

Hope he recovers fully soon. Would love to see what he averages when he really commits to stat padding.

He will get exposed. They covered up hos flaws. Teams will dare him to shoot more. He is still a good defensive player.

I think it depends on your team and the player. I don't think people need a J. The only time a player not having a J matters is when his teammates or he loses confidence. To me, a PG shooting is only to keep the defense honest.

When someone dares you to shoot, it's not like you simply go down and chuck a jumper every time. You try to get the offense running and go to a play and if it doesn't work, then you get to shoot a wide open jumper. It's not like he's gonna come down and shoot 80 times without passing the ball.

I am not even a Celtic fan but I love this dude. I love his attitude, his work ethic, his asshole demeanor. I want to see him and Demarcus Cousins on the same team. Though thinking that through that could either be amazing or a total shit fest and a massive failure but still, I feel if they kept their attitudes in check with each other they would be a good tandem.

I agree with this. I especially like the fact that he knows basketball. His bball IQ is high and his competitive nature is off the charts, a great combo. I mean dude tries to murk kids in connect four. Who does that type of shit

Doc Rivers makes a small comment about Rondo having trouble with bigger guards, during the summer dude gets jacked. Make a snide comment about him and he wants to ram it down your throat.

I hope he comes out and balls. Pulling the Celtics into playoff position and Danny trades him to complete the tank job. This dude got the Celtics so many easy buckets it was unreal.

Exposed? More like let off the leash. Only thing I would worry about is this dude going 100% and forgetting to ease back into things. I don't know if this dude knows the words "take it easy" while on the bball court

Can't stand the guy but really respect his game. I wish him all the best.

Depending on how the beginning of the season goes, the Celtics may want to sit him out for an extended period of time.

Rondo:"My knee is at about 87percent"

OK, that's weird....because my knee is at about 13 percent.
