Amazing article (http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/10/26/i-challenged-hackers-to-investigate-me-and-what-they-found-out-is-chilling/)

A journalist professor asked a white hat hacker (good guys) company to do a penetration test on him and see what they find.

They find a lot.

The one comforting thing in the article is when they try to find his wireless network they find 1200 within a tenth of a mile of his house and he lives just a couple of neighborhoods over from me.

Here's their plan.

the article mentions that even without hacking, a determined individual can get a lot of your private information just by being persistent. and once they get something vital, they can destroy your life if they so choose.

It's A VC3!!!

Geez, I knew hacking was crazy but I didn't think it was that easy. The part where they said " they shut down my laptop and required a four digit passcode for me to use" is insane. imagine some stranger taking full control of your laptop.
