Shooting Problem

Hi people,

I have been practicing and trying to get my shooting to be more sharp but i realise several abnormal problems that occurred to me.

i) I can only shoot a jump shot but not still on the ground
ii) I have more power, arc, 'roll' to my shot with one hand rather than two hands

Any idea how to solve this? I'm pretty sure I did something wrong somewhere. :facepalm

i) work on form shooting and free throws
ii) your supposed to shoot with one hand, the other hand is just there to support the ball and should not alter the path of the ball in any way

I think you need to watch Ray Allen or Stephen Curry shooting drill.
