He's never known what to do with the guy for some reason. Even last year before he went down with injury he never really knew his role on the tam and got less playing time under D'Antoni. I don't get it either, guy is arguably the best rebounder on the team and definitely one of the best energy guys.

I said arguably due to Pau, who without having another big to basically share rebounds with, has proven that he can still rebound at a reasonably high level. I'd go with Hill over him too but he has a case at the very least.

I wish they had Hill starting with Pau. I know Hill is an energy player but I think you'd get a lot more out of him and the bench has proven they're okay enough that they don't need him there and can have Kaman take that role.
