What is with this long wait before sending another PM?

Annoying, take it off or decrease the time to 15 seconds. Trying to send PMs to people and have to sit here waiting for a dumb count down.

Also what is the most PMs you have can total before you need to clear it?

So if me and you have a conversation in PM. It would take an hour just to ask you a few things. Think about it. What is the point of private message?

"Hey give me ur cell so i can text u what I need to ask because its much faster than sending messages to one another here."
