anyone else feel like if/when kobes 39/40... if the media ranks him 40-50th in the nba and tnt makes another "your retired" commercial even after a solid year of 22-23ppg/5red/4apg.. that kobe will say
"watch this"
and suit up for another 2-3 years.. dropping 20ppg till age 42-43
finally retiring when the media admits he can play at an allstar level for as long as he wants.
i mean seriously. the guy loves a challenge more than michael jordan in virginity betting poker games

kobe shows absolutely no signs of hgh usage
atleast not since the 1 single year he had any muscle whatsoever back in 2003
kobe has a supremely thin jaw line
his forhead and temples have no growth. infact his head shape is the same as his rookie year
he weighs 205 pounds
and its not like he hasnt battled through injuries and pain his entire life. a guy you should worry about is lebron whom in reality has never been seriously injured and carries around 150 pounds of muscle
i think kobes longevity is more due to eating the right things. working out twice as much as other people. and having millions of dollars worth of machines and doctors to guide him
when you see guys like vince or tmac getting sloppy in their old age. its more due to being fat lazy a**holes than not having needles in their ass's

Do you know who Ryan Braun is?
a guy who's 5 inches shorter than kobe yet weighs almost more than him
a guy who hit 40+ homeruns with nearly a .600 slugging percentage
a guy who has legs the size of tree trunks while kobe has twiggy chicken legs
http://i42.tinypic.com/i5rsit.jpg
http://i43.tinypic.com/65uy9u.jpg
a guy who has a chizzled chest while kobe has absolutely no definition
http://i44.tinypic.com/2i8gf3p.jpg
http://i44.tinypic.com/15eiwqx.jpg
oh yea.. and a guy whos been tested positive while kobe has never been and is the least likely to fail a test considering his game is built on shooting and when theres much more likely candidates such as lebron, wade, howard

That makes a lot of sense. If I'm a multiple NBA All-Star/Champion with a shitload of millions on my bank account, earning my money by playing my favorite children's game, the one thing I'm mostly concerned with is..."the critics". Oh, and stupid shit some lifeless losers projecting my success on themselves say on the internet. Of course, what else? How long my body can handle the NBA schedule? Whether I'm motivated or not? Noooooooo way! It's all about "the critics", and the thoughts of some gay skinny Asians stalking their hero.
:facepalm
Kobe will only retire once he's at least 3000 points past Kareem 's scoring record.

I hate the media...2years after he does retire they'll be wanting him back in the league. No point in retiring if u can still play and teach the young guys things on the side.

I would love that, old azz Kobe dragging the Lakers franchise into the coffin with him:applause: I could see Kobe averaging 16 points on 20 shots a game while the Lakers a frequent visitor at the lottery

so you're saying he'd only be 2 shots under 50% shooting at 43 years old
that aint bad

Let me see in my crystal ball...
He's given 8 foul shots a game and he makes 6 of them. And 1 three a game out of 4 tries. So he's making 4-5 shots out of 16
Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know about kobe in the future

wait.. someone actually found that post funny?
because kobe already said he would retire after the 2013-14 season ( leaving the team to dwight )
then after the achilles injury he said the critics predicting he was finished made him change his mind and extend his career 4-5 years
so i thought it was already common knowledge that kobe does get highly motivated by media criticism
and if not because of that obvious example. any real fan of basketball would have seen the kobe/shaq drama start when critics said he couldnt win without shaq
and then theres the whole "not bad for the 7th ranked player" comment from last year after a big game ( referring to the espn 2012-13 rankings )
then the twitter thing of 1225 ( referring to the espn rankings of lakers being 12th in the west and kobe being 25th
i think kobe takes the media and any doubters very seriously
i don't understand why kobe would still be playing right without that extra motivation now considering his career is already set in the top 10 all time
he's already done enough. hes sticking around to troll the media
:lol
