Those murders are confined to a small area of Chicago, on the south side, populated by low income housing in gang affiliated neighborhoods. Chicago is a top three city in America. We just so happen to have trigger happy Leroy Brown types populating the Chiraq south side, where they don't play games ... and leave people in body bags. This isn't a shit hole like Cleveland.

And for reference, when I lived in Dallas my buddy lived in Deion Sanders very well to do neighborhood. Deion also had "21 Prime Time" on his gates. It isn't uncommon. In fact, in both cases that's actually pretty cool.
