after this year the only guys with more points than kobe will be karl and kareem
a power forward and a center
2 guys who dont take any three pointers
its literally impossible for a shooting guard not to have the most misses all time if hes a shooter trying to catch 2 post players in scoring

Depends on how long
Rudy Gay and Carmelo Anthony Play and how much more Kobe plays
Melo has over
7,628+825 for over
8,453 and counting with Kobe injured still
so he has a chance
going rate of about 800 missed fga for another 9 years and
ge can maybe get close
Flash31
11-05-2013, 03:14 AM
Rudy Gay has
4358+66
4424
with an avg of 12 missed fga this yr for
another
1,000 missed this yr for total of close to
5500
at his current rate of at least
900
Hed have to go another 11 years
So its very hard to break
Almost impossible

Kobe passed Jordan in something. :applause:
kobe has allot of things over jordan..
finals appearances, 1st team all nba's, all nba teams period, all defensive teams, all time single game 3 point record, game winners, consecutive allstar games, 70-80 point games, total 60 point games, consecutive 50 point games, allstar mvps, allstar points
he's tied with all defensive 1st teams
he's 1 year away from passing him in scoring in the regular season and playoffs
its not looking too good :lol

so you're saying kobe carved out a top 5-6 all time career with 5 titles by not even trying?

You should really go to school and get yourself some education, because your comprehension skill is non existent, I have no clue where you got that from:facepalm
First of all he's not even close to a top 5-6 all time career
Second of all he tried, he tried hella hard too, hence all time FGA record, he's just never that good, hence the all time missed shot record.
Simple as that.

Obviously a lot of the above items have more to do with longevity than anything, but wow. If it's all true, that's pretty eye-opening. Jordan is still better, but that is so impressive by Kobe.

Lebron and Durant will pass him on much better percentages and they are not post players. He'd also never pass MJ if MJ skipped college and didnt retire more than once.

so you're just assuming a record that was made by one player in 60 years will get broken by 3 players from one era
do you have any idea how rare it is for a guy to be as good as kobe 18 years in.
you think its automatic just cause they came in young like kobe too? well kg, tmac and many more fell off hard. its not a guarantee
just because kobes defied logic doesnt mean its a given for the very next 2 best scorers in the league to do the same.
lebron and durants body types have never been good for longevity
lebrons carrying way too much weight. and durant is way too tall and lanky
both are not built for 19-20 year careers. lebrons already getting lazy. hes in his absolute prime and hes already taking summers off to reward himself for a good year. he's already seemingly satisfied with his game. and hasnt improved much on mid range shooting or foot work.
and lol@ empty stats. pretty sure those stats are full of titles, finals mvps etc..
"empty stats" is a line reserved for career losers like kevin love
kobes been on a contender more often than most players in nba history
get a clue :lol

What is Kobes playoff record without Derek Fisher on his team making all the clutch shots that Kobe misses at a historic rate?
And please include last year when Kobe faked an injury to avoid another first round L on his resume. We all know he earned that L.
Lol What a dumbass question.

you should go to a psychiatrist. All this negativity towards someone you've never met, who doesn't even know you, all because of some conspiracy theories and made up things you believe to be true.

Even in that video Chuck knows he messed up but doesn't want to seem like Kenny made him change his opinion. Kobe's at #8 for me, behind MJ, Kareem, Magic, Russell, Bird, Wilt and Duncan.

he didnt retract though. the only thing he and kenny couldnt agree on was whether kobe was better than kareem
they both agreed that kobe could be placed at 6th all time ahead of bird and magic however. with charles sticking with his top 5 opinion
and infact 6th is exactly where i put kobe
and i also think kareem is ahead of kobe still.
so its not like its an insult. 5th or 6th.. who cares hes still lightyears ahead of roundmounds favorite player in all time rankings
which makes him so very upset in the v*gina

Kobe - 5
Barkley & Malone - 0
[B]They Faced Real Competition unlike Kobe The Chucker.
Kobe Carried by Shaq for 3 Rings (a 2nd option) and Gasol-Bynyn-Odom (A Big 3 Frontline) for his 2 Rings. One Against A Lonsome Dwight Howard and The Other Carried By Gasol. Kobe Has Never Gone Done Anything Without a Dominant Big Man: In His Case He Even Needed 3 (Gasol, Bynum, Odom)
Kobe Never Shot 50% FG In Any Season. 46% is Good for a SG but NOT GREAT.
Barkley 54% FG and 58% 2-Point FG for 22-23 PPG Taking Only 14 FGAs PG.
Kobe 5 RPG Barkley 11-13 RPG
Kobe 5 APG as a Guard? Good But NOT GREAT. Barkley 4.0 APG VERY GOOD FOR A PF.
Barkley, The Better Shot Blocker and Stealer Too.
Kobe is a Better FT and 3-Point Shooter. That

ya lebrons awesome
he's nearly there. just needs a few more titles and a few more 1st teams on both ends
he's very accomplished. much more worthy of comparisons to kobe than fatbutt barkley
i dont really hate lebron anymore. i think he's earned a possible top 10 spot right with hakeem tied for the last spot
he could catch kobe. and if he does i really wont mind. what will kobe go from? top 2-3 to top 3-4?
cause by the time kobes done and takes kareems scoring record.. the only guy who'd be considered higher is MJ
big deal
