Meaning of username?

Born in Lithuania or did you move there? If so, where and when?

Are chicken wings popular in Lithuania? Have you tasted hot chicken wings/buffalo wings? How many chicken wings can you eat?

why has a country as basketball-crazed as lithuania not been able to produce a good pass first point guard since jasikevicius?

Great question!

its because current generation grew up when every coach only tried to work only with big guys as they have the best chances to make it. Now we have too many bigs with no guards.

Lithuania was held hostage by the Soviet Union and the Nazi Empire during World War II, and than folded into the Soviet Union until its re-independence in 1990.

Considering this is all fairly recent in the young countries history; how does the Lithuanian people take this history, do they have gratitude towards the Allied Forces in World War II or NATO during the Cold War?

Umm, no, especially the older ones. pretty much they all understand that either way we would be free as soviet union was falling apart and germ was under control. Most of that is because of Allies, yes, but somehow when couple times US failed to help us after promising to do so, people started to have negative feelings. Im no big history fan tho.

me, as a young gun, still think quite good about USA. Great country.

What was the biggest difference you found in the USA compared to Lithuania?

People I should say. Totally different. Especially after you get to know them closer. Americans are really nice outside, but inside kind of cold. Lithuanians are opposite.

would you say lithuanians are similar to most other eastern europeans?

theres lots of polish people here in ireland, and how you described lithuanians, describes the polish well too.

they dont seem friendly, until you actually try to make conversation with them, and they are very outgoing and fun.
