Dude is playing out of his mind. He is the best PF in the game right now and its not very close. Without him the Timberwolves are nothing. With him they are a very legitimate team, especially offensively.

Wolves won't win enough games IMO.

Are we in a "give it to a good story" year? If so I guess maybe he has a shot.

:facepalm Davis isn't a better player right now. In a year or two I'd probably agree with you but not right now.

If he stays healthy, and they keep winning, he should be in the conversation. A lot of things can go wrong though.

More random stats

Kevin Love is the first player in NBA history with 240 points, 125 boards and 45 assists in the first 9 games. Wow. (via @APkrawczynski):oldlol: These are so dumb but nonetheless:roll:

Him and Paul George are the top candidates right now. Let's just wait a few more games to see if he can keep up this pace since last year he was injured all the time.

Love is dominant on one end of the court,

Davis is dominant on two sides of the court...

Can argue either way so far this year, but Davis is putting up some ultra ridiculous Block + Steal numbers so far this year along with 20+ and 10+

I think you can say Love is the best PF in the game right now, but I don't think you can say it isn't even close... That is disrespectful

He is an MVP candidate, but he won't win, and he won't make all-nba first team either (Durant and Lebron will grab the two forward spots).

Man, what a way to under sell a player.

Love is the first player to get 244 points, 128 rebounds, and 46 assists. Media trying gyp him of 4 points, 3 rebounds, and an assist

as of now maybe but end of season hell no. It will be still between George, Paul, and James

Davis and Love are in the same boat. Playing out of their minds, doesn't help the team win at all.

Off to a good start, just like the 76ers were.

I am still doubtful the Wolves will make the playoffs, just like every year Love has been in the NBA.

I will be humbly corrected if the Wolves make a seed though.

CP, Howie, KD, Dirk, & Cleveland Bron all career loser until they get the ring,

so sayin K.Love= empty stat doesnt do justice. would you call KG empty stat loser if he never went to boston?

all white starting line up wouldnt get you far

Like I said in the post above, Love does incredible things on the court, his team still doesn't win.

Dirk, KG, LeBron, they all made the playoffs with bad teams. Why hasn't Love done so in his first three years, minus his 4th because of the hand injury?

Or Knicks.

But I think you may be right, he would do better if he was a second option player behind someone like Kobe or Paul.

KG missed the playoffs 3 straight years between his MVP season and his Boston championship season

Candidate, maybe, as will many others. MVP will be hard with Durant, LeBron, Paul George having better team records at the end of the season.
