To be fair the Heat also give up the fewest rebounds in the league, there just aren't that many rebounds to go around when you shoot should a high percentage.

That is so fitting since Pat Riley was the guy to say rebounding wins championships.

They don't play a high pace. They're below league average.

To be fair guys, he's only playing 28.6 minutes a game. What do you expect for him to do with that type of minutes? Average 10 rebounds? He's not that type of player obviously, and he could average about 7-8 given 36 minutes (normal starter minutes).
In any other system he is good for 9-11 rebounds. The heat place him away from the basket, of course you are going to have less rebounds that way

I'm not hating on Bosh. It's just remarkable that their leading rebounder is rebounding at a rate so low.

the Heat going to need someone to step up regardless.
what u said had nothing to do with the Heat being a poor defensive rebounding team.

Chris Paul currently averages 5.2 rebounds.
Westbrook averages 5.3.
Both under 6-3.

To be honest, the defensive system the Heat play is not good for defensive rebounding, as players are often out of position etc.

To be fair and to add to the truth of what red1 said, there's a certain someone on Bosh's team who lets say sometimes unnecessarily goes after rebounds that are already in perfect position to be handled by his team.
Which leads to a few less rebounds per game for Bosh even when he's in the right positions to grab them

Except Lebron is averaging a career low in rebounds.
:confusedshrug:
Haslem does do that all the time though - it's irritating, especially when he knocks it out of bounds in the process.
