fun series. second time i've seen it. i'd say most of it's rather tongue in cheek, but no matter.
there's another great series i've seen in which the guy does a new drawing every hour or so while on an extended acid trip. not the famous 50's one in B&W, but a more recent one in color work. maybe i can find it later.

I lol'ed when I saw cephalexin. Zoloft or nicotine aren't going to do much ether :oldlol: as for a couple of those painkillers, he had to have taken a great amount to truly experience a high. The guy is crazy though, he picked drugs from the entire spectrum...a couple of those drugs are for schizo patients. Judging from how many times he used valium and other benzos as well as sedatives/hypnotics, he's most likely addicted to sedatives
It's like he chose a drug out every controlled substance schedule ci-cv

I know artists hate the fact that people need drugs for inspiration and this guy took every drug possible.

PCP one looks really accurate, tells how you feel when you're on that shit.

What is fake about it? ?
i've done alot of those drugs and aside from maybe acid or shrooms (and even then it's a stretch), none would give yourself such wide variations on how you would picture yourself.

like i said... it's obviously partly tongue in cheek.
apart from that, you don't have to be completely under mind-bending influence in order to adopt a different artistic style. a big part of artistic expression is using something as a partial influence, then running with it from there, using other ideas and influences to complete the work.
now go take an art course, you lot. GO...!

Its more than that, as an artist each drug would alter how he approaches depicting himself. He wasn't trying to draw a photorealistic picture, he was drawing how he feels about himself while he is on the drug. At least thats what i gathered from looking at those pics.

He took more of klonopin than the other benzos for some reason. 3mg is a lot of klonopin.

Pretty interesting versions.
However, this one of those men that like My Little Pony? I hope he's being 'ironic'

This is stupid. Almost all of these are psych or anti-anxiety meds. You won't even see any differences in yourself on psych meds for days if not weeks (up to 6 to get fully acclimated). Anti anxiety meds obviously aren't going to change your pictures as well. This is almost certainly a fake experiment.

lol, no way. Computer duster is the devil. I did that freshman year of college and it was the quickest high ever but other than that it was horrible. Probably one of the top 5 dumbest things I've done considering how dangerous it can be.

Not if you eat it it doesn't.
Most of that stuff is prescription antipsychotics, antianxiety, stimulants, and some of it isn't really drugs at all. My bet is he had a bunch of various prescriptions that didn't work saved up, along with stuff his friends got prescribed. Only a few of those items are widely available on the black market. Antipsychotics are very hard to find on the black market, because who the fvck actually WANTS to do that stuff?
He probably actually did do that stuff, but he's an abstract/modern/whatever artist, so he's exagerating the effects, or giving his "impression" of them, rather than actually painting like that due to the drug's influence.

Take 3mg of klonopin and then say that again
