Honestly I would consider both medium-high. Just because you take some questionable shots doesn't mean you have low IQ. Superstars have to take tough shots sometimes, but they can pass like the best as well.

In other words, make the damn distinction that you're talking low IQ players who are still moderately to above average in skills, BUT are still "dumb" as fvck. That's how you can easily justify putting players like Westbrook on there.
