No problems with that. Glad Bogut ended up getting the punishment he should have got in the first place. Everything seems pretty spot on.

Bogut gave Freeland a slight elbow to the jaw

Bogut started the whole thing by throwing a cheap elbow and hitting Freeland in the chin.

Mo Williams ran in and pushed Bogut, then Bogut again escalated and put his hands on/near Williams face/throat.

Bogut should receive the most sever punishment.

But its all good, Blazers got the win, and now Bogut has to sit a game with no pay.

That's a BS suspension for Bogut. It was the Blazers players, and only the Blazers players that escalated the incident. If Mo and Damian don't rush in and start pushing people, nothing happens.

Elbow to the jaw, yanking at jerseys, and grabbing throats doesn't deserve a suspension? :wtf:

The elbow happened because he yanked his arm from being held. At worst it's a tech, and maybe an ejection if you think it was intentional. None of that other stuff happens if Williams and Aldridge don't rush in and start pushing people. Watch the clip and it's the Blazers players that start going crazy, while most the Warriors are trying to break it up.

The league always suspends people retrospectively if they missed ejecting a player when he should have been. If you agree that an ejection could be warranted, then that means the league will make up for it the next game as they always do. And I do believe it was intentional. The overhead shot showed that Freeland had the wrist of Bogut's left wrist when Bogut threw his right elbow up by the face (not even at the hand or arm that was holding his left wrist). I'm not arguing about what the Blazers did, they deserve every punishment they got.

Is there video of what he did? The Blazer's broadcasters described that he got involved, but none of the camera angles I saw show him doing anything because the TV crew was busy showing other parts of the fight. My guess is that without visual evidence, he got off. Still, I would think that one of the cameras caught what he did even if it wasn't shown to the public. O'Neal is a punk and always has been. One of my least liked players of all time.

From what I could see, he did bugger all, I was receiving the home feed and the commentators were making out like he ran across the court and pulled a gun on Mo.
He was standing at the bench and hardly moved.
As has been stated, nothing would of happened if Mo and Aldridge didn't run in forcing the issue.
I don't know why Mo was so fired up, Aldridge was still heated from a couple plays before where he was hard fouled but he travelled first.
(Obvious travel as well and clearly before any foul, so it was a good call.)

:wtf:

Bogut was responsible for the ENTIRE thing.

Least mo Williams suspension is against Knicks.

so soft.
Firstly, it wasn't an elbow, he aggressively shook him off and it barely scraped him, if at all.
Secondly Maurice came in and pushed Bogut in neck like he was going to fight, but fortunately for him Bogut was separated so he didn't rip his soft beating heart out of his chest.
Mo Williams should be the only suspended player, if any.

Looks like Mo stepped up to Bogut (probably for the elbow). By the time Aldridge/Mo pushed Bogut, Bogut was already holding onto Mo's jersey, and that is when Mo really went off.

Obviously bias.

It is undisputable that Bogut hit Freeland with an elbow and was holding onto Mo's jersey.

Bogut is the one who initiated the whole thing by elbowing Freeland in the jaw, even though it was not a devistating attack, its enough to get people upset.

Mo Williams came in and pushed Bogut, thats why he got suspended.

Then Bogut pushed Mo Williams and went at him, put his hands on Mo Williams face and throat, thats why he got suspended.

Pretty straight forward stuff, surprised to see people saying Bogut shouldnt have got suspended when he was the instigator and the one who kept it going by retaliating towards Williams.

1:11-1:21 is exactly why Bogut was suspended.

Throws an elbow and connects with Freelands jaw.

Then pushes Mo Williams and grabs at his jersey/throat and goes at him.

Ok by that thought process it was Bogut, only Bogut that started the whole thing by throwing an elbow at Freeland' face /neck. Don't be such a homer. These punishments are pretty much spot on.

Sucks that Mo is getting suspended, but I'm glad that the three players punished for the Blazers were not the instigators in the incident, they came in to help their teammate.

If was a two man confrontation that the Blazers turned into a group melee. Of course Bogut is going to defend himself when a bunch of guys start attacking him.

And Bogut had no intention of throwing an elbow to the head. He was throwing the guys arms off of him and his arm happened to glance of the guys face. The guy wasn't even phased by the contact, so let's stop pretending Bogut was trying to punch him.

This is no different than the Griffin - Ibaka conflict a few games back. Griffin was being a bitch and grabbing Ibaka's arm, Ibaka yanked his arm away, then got attacked... and ejected. That was a terrible call, and so is this.

I'm not even going to bother trying to convince you otherwise, you're clearly not taking the homer goggles off.
