Not going to watch but I seriously question the crap people watch on ISH. The threads as of late have been horrible.

It didn't gross me out. If anything the maggots help because it'll eat the dead flesh and prevent infection. Not sure if it's still used in medicine, but if you have a bad wound maggots would me used to clean the wound of old dead skin.

Just mother nature doing it's job when people can't take care of themselves.

He either has a bad case of gangrene or he's a diabetic. Once at my job I went to a house. It stunk of death..like rotting flesh. This guys foot was black..it was basically dead. He was a diabetic, he got a wound in his foot and never went to the hospital to treat it. So the wound got worse and it began to rot. I'm pretty sure he got it amputated.
