What can Duncan learn from Kobe?
"Most players in this league don't have that. They get stuck in a predicament – probably intentionally done by the teams – to force them to take less money. Meanwhile, the value of the organization goes through the roof off the backs of their quote, unquote selfless players. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard." - Kobe

Tim Duncan is in a city that no one wants to really go an play so you gotta attract them with money. Not just that but the team is not as big as the Lakers, very few teams are so they don't have the luxury to pay top dollar for their players and Duncan as big as he is he does not make the team as much money as Kobe does. Different situations.

So we agree that Kobe talks big about wanting talent and a team but won't sacrifice salary cap space.
What about shot selection tho?

Get a pre-nup. Don't be stupid giving away half of your hard-earned money - especially when you live in a community property state like California. Bet MJ has learned that lesson.

Because Tim Duncan totally had to coexist with someone at the magnitude of Prime Shaq. As a matter of fact, I bet MJ would be the Finals MVP in all 3 runs had he played with Shaquille. Because MJ would totally oust Prime Shaq (the MDE) out of the equation. MJ is the GOAT and still wouldn't have been "the Man" on all 3 runs so shut he f*ck up prick.

What? This bullshit doesn't change the fact that Kobe won 2 rings as the man while Duncan won double that. Take Shaq out of the equation and Kobe wouldn't have those three extra rings, would he genius?

Parker was MVP in one of Duncan's titles if that's what you're implying.

For those that actually watched the 2007 playoffs, Duncan was the man in that title run. Just because he didn't win FMVP doesn't mean he wasn't the best player in the team throughout the season and playoffs.
I guess some people don't understand that I was being facetious as was the post I responded to (which is more absurd than mine). But as all of you are up in Kobe's ass, you jumped on any comment which actually supported Duncan. Pretty sad.

Hilarious how you want a stat for this when you'll abandon stats when it comes to your idol compared to he-who-must-not-be-named. All I hear is 'killer', 'heart', 'intangibles'. Pray, link me to any website that keeps stats of that.

I never said any of that though. But where is the link?
